In the Nicene Creed, we confess that Jesus died and rose again for us "according to the Scriptures." These remind us that the entire Scriptures are the cradle of Christ. This Vacation Bible School teaches the "Christocentricty" of Scriptures in the Old Testament. Through four Old Testament stories, the children will learn how Jesus is foreshadowed many years before He was born.

  • Day One: Christocentricity (Luke 24: Jesus teaches that the Bible is all about Himself)
  • Day Two: The Seed Promise (Genesis 3: 15, et. al.: The first promise of Jesus)
  • Day Three: The Passover (Exodus 12: Jesus, the Lamb of God)
  • Day Four: The Psalms: (Various Psalms: Christ's Diary)
  • Day Five: The Suffering Servant (Isaiah 53: Jesus promised to die for us)
