From Blind Bartemaeus to the Canaanite woman, these saints present themselves before Christ as nothing but ones to be given to. This Vacation Bible School program is based on these words. Of course, it is the Law that best places us in a position whereby we pray, "Lord, have mercy." And it is the Gospel in which the Lord in fact does have mercy. This VBS, then, takes the child on a walk of faith through the Law and the Gospel.
